  1. Transparent Pricing

    We believe in clear and upfront pricing to ensure our clients are well-informed before booking our services. All cleaning quotes provided are based on the scope of work discussed during your initial inquiry.

    Prices are determined by:

    • The size and type of property (residential, commercial, etc.).
    • The level of cleaning required (basic, deep clean, or specialty services).
    • Any add-ons or custom requests.

    If additional services are requested after the booking, the final price will be adjusted accordingly.

  2. Deposits & Payments
    • Deposit Requirement: A [10%-20%] deposit may be required to secure your booking for larger or custom jobs. This deposit will be applied to your final invoice.
    • Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, e-transfers, and cash. Payments are due immediately after the service unless otherwise arranged.
    • Outstanding Balances: Invoices not paid within [7 days] of service completion will incur a late payment fee of [$25].
  3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

    We understand that plans can change. However, to keep operations smooth for all clients, the following policies apply:

    • Cancellations:
      • Cancellations made [24 hours or more] before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of the deposit (if applicable).
      • Cancellations made after [24 hours] of the scheduled service are subject to a cancellation fee of or [25% of the total service cost].
    • Rescheduling: Rescheduling is free if done [24 hours or more] before your appointment. Rescheduling after [24 hours] will result in a [$25] rescheduling fee.
  4. Use of Photos
    • Photos of Cleaned Spaces: Maid in Canada may take photos of spaces cleaned to showcase the quality of our work for marketing and promotional purposes (e.g., on our website, social media, or advertising materials).
    • Anonymity Guaranteed: No photos will include identifying information or personal belongings that could link the client to the photo. We ensure your privacy is fully respected.
    • Opt-Out Option: If you prefer not to have photos of your cleaned spaces used, please notify us prior to or during the service, and we will honor your request.
  5. Satisfaction Guarantee

    Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please let us know within [24 hours] of the service. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, including re-cleaning areas of concern at no additional cost.

  6. Refunds
    • Refunds for Deposits: Deposits will only be refunded for cancellations made more than [24 hours] before the scheduled service.
    • No Refunds for Completed Services: Once a service is completed, refunds will not be issued. If you’re dissatisfied, we’ll make every effort to address the issue to your satisfaction.
  7. Add-On Services

    Any additional requests, such as inside oven or fridge cleaning, blinds cleaning, or carpet cleaning, etc must be discussed before the service date. These will be added to the final invoice at the agreed-upon rate.

  8. Property Conditions

    For the safety of our staff and the quality of the service:

    • Please ensure clear access to the areas to be cleaned.
    • Excessive clutter or hazardous conditions may require additional fees or rescheduling.
  9. Discounts & Promotions

    Any discounts or promotional rates must be agreed upon at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively.

  10. Policy Updates

    Maid in Canada reserves the right to update this policy as needed. Changes will be communicated to clients via email or on our website.
